Access to Assets (ATA).
Coordinated by World Institute on Disability (WID), ATA is a program that provides training and technical assistance to asset building and disability organizations seeking to improve the inclusion of people with disabilities in poverty reduction programs. ATA also provides information and referral services to individuals with disabilities and conducts federal and state policy analysis on related issues.

Individual Development Account (IDA) – Information for people with disabilities on disability benefits Consumer Directed Services, a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) advocacy organization. This website has a resource section with a collection of useful links to CDPAP and related organizations. Also links to documents outlining the history of the CDPAP, providing information about program alternatives, offering a scientific assessment of the program, and directing the reader to related topics that may prove useful to a Consumer or a Program Organizer. To assist Consumers (in the New York Metro Area) with their core responsibility, Consumer Directed Services has developed a Consumer/Employment Service program that should help them find the Personal Assistant of their choice.
